Forgiveness…… There is no better medicine in the second half of life than consistently forgiving ourselves and others. Forgiving ourselves for anything and everything in our past. Then forgiving everyone who ever hurt us, especially our loved ones. Forgiveness releases this pain and bitterness from our heart and allows healing. Forgiveness is 100% selfish, yet it is one of greatest gifts you can give anyone. Forgive and heal. It is a miracle.
